Let United Healthcare Know What You Think Physicians contracted with United Healthcare recently received an invitation from the insurer to participate in a physician satisfaction survey. The survey, which asks physicians to rate their satisfaction with United Healthcare, can be accessed by going to https://surveys.surveynetwork.com/providerservice and entering the PIN provided on the postcard. If you have misplaced your PIN, call 800/328-5979, ext. 25636, to get a new one or to request a paper copy of the survey. The survey deadline is July 18. Responses will be kept confidential.
